The best part? You donβt need any hard-to-find ingredients. Instead, just grab your blender, toss everything in, and you’re halfway there.
Homemade Strawberry Ice Cream πβοΈ
Youβll need (for about 15 scoops):
- 120 g cream cheese
- 100 g granulated sugar
- 400 ml unsweetened condensed milk
- 300 g strawberries π

First, toss the cream cheese, sugar, condensed milk, and strawberries into a bowl. Then, blend everything together with a hand blender until itβs smooth and creamy. After that, pop the mixture in the fridge for an hour to chill. β±οΈ
Now comes the fun part:
If you donβt have a machine: No worries! Just pour the mixture into a container and place it in the freezer. Every 1β1.5 hours, stir it thoroughly with a whisk or hand mixer. This helps break up any ice crystals and keeps the texture nice and creamy. Repeat this a few times for best results.
If you have an ice cream maker: Once your bowl is frozen and ready, simply pour in the mixture and let the machine work its magic.
